Your weight, at your pace, with or without exercise.

Lose, maintain or gain weight, or simply count your calories: you choose, Trainetic calculates your daily needs and your food log shows you where you stand. And if you train, your needs follow your session.

Five ways to move forward at your pace

A weight to aim for, or simply your calories to track.

What Trainetic measures

No mode to tick: you enter a target weight, and Trainetic works out whether it's a loss, maintenance or gain, then applies the matching set of safeguards.

What you do day to day

A food log that doesn't take ten minutes per meal.

A single search field

Type a product name or scan its barcode: it's the same input bar. Product data comes from Open Food Facts for packaged products and from the Ciqual table of ANSES (the French food safety agency) for raw foods.

Camera scanning

The barcode is read right in the app, without going through another one.

Your daily summary

A circular gauge for the current day, the history of the last seven days, and your weight curve.

A recap of your day and your week

Every evening, a recap of your day written from your numbers; every week, your strengths, what can improve and food ideas to round out your plate. Part of Premium, free trial included.

Trainetic suggests, it doesn't impose

The module changes nothing behind your back. It calculates, it shows you how far you are from your goal, and you decide whether to take it into account. Trainetic is neither a doctor nor a dietitian, and doesn't claim to be.

Questions about weight and nutrition

Do I have to weigh everything?
No. You enter amounts in grams, and the product search suggests 100 g by default, which you adjust. The goal is for it to be sustainable over time, not accurate to the gram.
Where do the nutritional values come from?
From two sources: Open Food Facts, the open database of packaged products, under the ODbL license, and the Ciqual table of ANSES (the French food safety agency) for raw foods. If a product isn't there, you can add it yourself from the results.
Can Trainetic make me lose weight too fast?
That's exactly what the safeguards prevent: at most 1% of your weight per week, and a BMI floor of 18.5. Trainetic is not a health professional: if in doubt, talk to a doctor or a dietitian.
What if I just want to maintain?
A dedicated button picks up your current weight, and the 500 g tolerance keeps a slightly high weigh-in from putting you on a weight-loss plan you never asked for.
Is the recap of my day in the free version?
The food log and the day's numbers, yes. The written recap of your day and your week is part of Premium; the free trial gives you access to it.
