Your running plan, calculated from your maximal aerobic speed (MAS).

From your very first easy run to the marathon. You give your goal, your date and your available days; Trainetic sets the phases, the paces and the volume of each week, then recalculates the next block from what you actually did.

“A little fast, ease off slightly.”

What you're training for

Seven starting points. From there, it's no copy-paste template: the plan starts from your level and the slots you have.

Your key benchmark: your MAS

All your paces come from a single benchmark, your maximal aerobic speed (MAS). Trainetic takes it in this order: the one you already know, otherwise an estimate from a recent performance (Riegel's formula), otherwise a starting value based on your level. It is then refined at the end of every block.

The sessions, and where their numbers come from

Each session comes from a deterministic catalog, scaled to your time budget and your current pace. The variant rotates from week to week so you don't repeat the same one ten times.

MAS

30/30, 45/45, pyramids.

Threshold

8 min / 2 min intervals, tempo. Your threshold pace can be recalibrated to what your heart rate actually shows.

Long run

Steady, progressive or hilly depending on the terrain you're preparing for.

No number is written by artificial intelligence

Code sets the structure of the session, its duration and its paces. The AI only writes each session's title, purpose and tip, and an instruction explicitly forbids it from writing a pace, a speed or a time. If it writes one anyway, the text is cleaned and replaced by a template.

Raining? Your session moves to the treadmill.

At home or at the gym, your session is announced by voice, block after block. On a connected treadmill, speed and incline set themselves, hills included.

Questions about running

Is my plan suited to my level?
Yes. Your level, your experience, your available days, your current volume and (if you like) your maximal aerobic speed (MAS) and heart rate are used to calculate your paces and the volume of each week.
Does the plan take my race's elevation into account?
Yes, as long as you tell us! The terrain you're preparing for shapes the choice of your sessions: hills, hilly tempo.
What if I don't have a race planned?
No problem. In improvement mode, Trainetic sets you an intermediate goal dated 6 to 10 weeks out and helps you improve toward it, block after block.

What users say

Reviews posted on the App Store, all rated 5 out of 5. Trainetic is new: these are first impressions, not end-of-training reviews.

“I found the way the AI assistant works interesting. Being able to ask a question about a session or get an explanation right in the app is a well-thought-out feature, especially when you're not a training expert.”

Séverine · App Store

“I really like the idea of paces calculated from the runner's profile. It doesn't just offer generic sessions: the different intensities are shown directly, which makes the program much easier to follow.”

Sébastien · App Store

“Big plus for the Garmin integration. Being able to send a session straight to Garmin Connect is really handy. It saves you from having to recreate workouts manually on your watch.”

Sébastien L. · App Store

“Very good first impression of Trainetic. You enter your goal, your availability and some information about your level, then the app builds a suitable plan. It's much simpler than figuring out what to do each week on your own.”
